We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that even if you were eligible for free delivery, a standard delivery charge will be deducted from the order amount during a refund, as the delivery service has been used and paid for.

Cancellation Policy
If an order is to be cancelled, it is mandatory for the customer to inform us before 4 pm from the time the order is made. For example, if an order was made on 1pm on the 6th of May, the customer is required to contact us within 3 hours. If an order was made at 9pm on 6th of May, the customer has 19 hours to contact us.

If the above mentioned deadline is missed, the customer will be charged the shipping charges that they incurred at the time of placing the order. This may be the standard shipping rate or higher, depending on the locality of the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, you can message us WhatsApp and after inspection, an exchange will be arranged for you. Our exchange policy requires you to contact us within a week of your order to be eligible for an exchange.

Please note that all delivery charges for exchanges are to be paid by the customer. This charge is at minimum, the standard delivery charge for a regular delivery, and may be higher depending on the customer locality or shipping company requirements.

If an order is made before a sale or offer and requires to be exchanged during sale period, both, the products that will be returned and the new products that will be sent, will be calculated at their original value before sale.

Offer values for products will not be strictly not be considered on any orders/exchanges if the request is made before or after an offer period.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We expect an average of 7-14 days

Please also note that refunds will be calculated after deducting the shipping charges for the locality in which the original delivery was made. For example, an order of AED 250 that was allowed free shipping (for a location where delivery was charged at AED 30), will be refunded AED 220 after deducting original shipping charges.
